China(s) = China Plate(s) = Mate(s) 

See, I was calling you mate(s)! Except for you Maurice. You're Chinese. And here in London it's also common to call people by their nationality. Like Turkish in that movie Snatch. Or how we sometimes call Guillaume: FrenchWill.
