Valentine's Day used to be the day when I'd write a heartfelt email and send it out to every girl I knew using the BCC (blind carbon copy) email option. I used to cast a wide net.

These days I'm probably too picky for my own good. Thankfully for many of you, if we're just talking about friendship, I have almost no standards at all.
